Holy Redeemer’s Before and After School Care

Starts Monday, September 11th!

Holy Redeemer offers a before and after school program for its students. Beyond the classroom (BTC), is a safe space with opportunities for students ages 3-12 to explore, socialize, and receive homework help. Students will also be served a snack and have outside recess.

To ensure we meet The Oregon Early Learning licensing requirements for staff/student ratios, you will need to register for the days and hours you need care.

Space is limited so applications will be considered on a first come first served.

To register your child for BTC, please complete the BTC Enrollment Form and the BTC Financial Agreement Form (links below) and email them to kzywicki@holyredeemerpdx.org.

Morning BTC hours of operation are 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM.
Afternoon hours of operation are 3:20 PM to 5:30 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesdays hours are 2:20 PM to 5:30 PM.
Students must be promptly picked up by 5:30 PM. Students who are picked up later than 5:30 will be charged a late pick-up fee.

5 days a week: $120.00 per month
4 days a week: $96.00 per month
3 days a week: $72.00 per month
2 days a week: $48.00 per month

2 days a week: $128.00 per month
Wednesdays only: $80.00 per month
All of our afterschool staff have passed a fingerprinted background check administered through the Early Learning Division. In addition, they have completed at least 15 hours a year in professional development in childhood development, health and safety, special needs and diversity.
Beyond the Classroom is an afterschool program licensed by the Early Learning Division. We are a certified center providing quality afterschool care for the Holy Redeemer School Community.
Invoices for BTC will be sent out by the 5th of the month and due by the 10th of the month. Invoices will be considered late by the 15th and charged a $10.00 late fee. If invoices are unpaid by the 20th, BTC reserves the right to exclude any child from the program because of an outstanding balance. Invoices will be sent through FACTS Incidental Billing and can be paid through email link, via Auto Pay (if enrolled), or by check or cash to the office.
